Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. The service

OrphicOS is enterprise software that carries out real business workflows autonomously in your own applications — deployed and run on infrastructure you own or control, without needing an internet connection. Engagements begin with a consultation and are governed by the deployment agreement we enter into with your organisation. These terms cover use of this website and the general use of the software; where they and your deployment agreement differ, the deployment agreement prevails.

2. Nature of the software

OrphicOS performs actions on your systems according to your instructions and configuration. It is under active development and may perform actions incorrectly or incompletely; it is designed to be supervised, not left unattended for consequential work. Features and availability may change.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Acceptable use

The deployment agreement may allow us to suspend or terminate access where the software is used for abuse — including attempts to attack or misappropriate the service, or to automate unlawful activity.

5. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law and except as expressly agreed in your deployment agreement. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the results of actions the software performs on your systems at your instruction and configuration. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Privacy

How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. In short: the work OrphicOS does stays on your own infrastructure and does not reach us.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and, where applicable, of the Emirate of Dubai, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is the registered seat of the provider (Dubai, UAE). Any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which a consumer is habitually resident remain unaffected, as does a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence where the law grants it. Should any provision of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will change the date above. Continued use of this website after an update constitutes acceptance.
